2.1 Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and is resident in the DACH region is eligible to participate. Employees of companies within the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH group and their relatives are excluded from participation. The same applies to employees of Estrel Berlin and the Estrel Tower.
2.2 Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge and is possible only by entering personal data in the entry form.
2.3 Participation in the drawing is not contingent on an order or a service, nor are the chances of winning increased.
2.4 The prize is nontransferable.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on February 12, 2027.
3.2 The winner will be selected by random drawing and subsequently notified individually by the organizer by email during the week of February 22–26, 2027.

4.2 One prize will be awarded by random drawing among all participants.
4.3 The prize can be redeemed from June 1 through December 31, 2027.
4.4 Neither payment of the prize’s cash value nor transfer to another person is permitted.

5.1 Processing of Personal Data
The personal data collected when entering the sweepstakes “The Estrel Tower: Elevation. Experience. Emotion.” (first name, last name, company, email address, and telephone number) are processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the sweepstakes.
The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or taking pre-contractual steps).
5.2 Disclosure to the Cooperation Partner Estrel Berlin
After the sweepstakes has ended, the data of all participants who have consented to being contacted separately will be transferred to the cooperation partner Estrel Berlin.
This transfer takes place solely for the purpose of sending participants a one-time email containing information and offers from Estrel Berlin.
The legal basis for this is voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which may be given independently of participation in the sweepstakes.
Participation in the sweepstakes is not dependent on this consent (no tying requirement).
